A Desire for Deliverance

You cannot receive a revelation from God without the desire to be delivered from the weight that holds you down.

Onwards and Upwards

Best thing about the past is that its behind you. Anyone trying to tie you to the old you will need a very long rope. God's people grow from Sunday to Sunday.

Can You?

You can't look directly into the sun without shades. You can't hold water in your closed hands without spilling a drop. You can't kill a tiger without the use of a weapon. So tell me, how can you declare yourself worthy of heaven without knowing your Creator?

High Risk

The higher you're elevated in a life without God, the farther down you'll fall.

Expectation

The expectation of a wife means everything to a husband. Set your sights for him high, ladies. Trust in God to establish him.

Ready

It's a dangerous game to wait until you're "ready" to give your heart to Christ. How many graves are filled with people who waited too long? There's no "ready" only willing. Are you willing to give your heart to Christ, or are you willing to risk life on your own terms?

Spread the Wealth

God hasn't saved you for you to have Him all to yourself, but for Him to have you all to Himself. He is meant to be shared, and you are meant to be His.

Blood Work

Only the blood is allowed to flow through every part of the body. Anything else is a virus. So when a Christian goes from church to church and isn't planted as a member in one they risk becoming a poison - to themselves and any church body they come to "fellowship" with.

Word of Mouth

You can't keep Jesus to yourself and expect others to be saved. As the Word was given to you, give the Word to others.

Chosen

Why choose God? Because God chose you. Out of the millions of sperm that came from your father. Out of the various times your mother and father "knew" each other, you were created. It could've been anyone else, but you came forth. You were chosen, so choose to know your creator.

Good isnt good enough

Even the best "good" person you know won't make it to heaven based on how good they are. What does that say about your chances?

Your word against His

There's not too many of us who didn't grow up without church or bible based beliefs, so when you (as an adult) decide that "the bible is a man made book" you ultimately write your own bible with your mouth. Are you God's equal, or where you just made in His image?

Knock, Knock!

Jesus is knocking at the door of our hearts. If you don't answer Him on Earth, don't expect to knock on His door in Heaven.

Get wisdom

As adults in this technologically advanced world, we have no excuse as to why we do not know the history of anything we believe to be true. Once you know the background of a belief, you know whether or not to continue believing it.

More Praise

What do you do when God gives you more than you asked, more than you knew was possible and more than you deserve in the form of your life partner? Praise Him!

Not just a man, but her man.

The are numerous men (and women) trying to win the affections of the women in your life (wife, kids, etc.). Make the task as difficult as you can for them by being the very best husband and father that God intended for you to be.

Try harder

When you've tried everything but God, you haven't tried anything.

Truthfully Speaking

Being honest, I can say the times when I was the most critical about God and the church were the times when I was the most lost in my sin. Can you be honest enough to admit the same?

How can you expect to be in heaven when you die if you never spent your life getting to know the one who created it?

Dont stop believing

The difference between doubt and disbelief is your willingness to seek the truth.

All powerful, All loving

God can create anything He wants, yet the only form of life is found on Earth. Why? Because He loves us that much.

Unwavering

A true believer stands solid on what they know to be true. A conformist will follow anybody and do anthying trendy

Church girl

If you're looking for a "church girl" and you are not saved then that's the best you can get. A committed Christian would never date an unsaved mate.

Everything's fine

Too many Christians make the mistake of trying to convince others how "okay" they are. Show genuine maturity by revealing how much you trust your Lord and Savior, whether things are okay or not.

If you're going to claim something, know what you're claiming.

Fire Fighting

There are many souls to save, starting with your family and friends. Don't let a fight with them be stronger than your fight for them.

A moral issue

You can't expect morality to prevail where immorality is accepted.

Know the difference

Do you know the difference between a teammate and a cell mate? Teammates won't allow you to knowingly do things that will cause you or others harm. Cell mates will either help you or stand by and do nothing as you ruin your life. Which one are you?

If you love your family, you don't allow them to make the same mistakes you've made. You put them in a better positionto make better decisions then you made. If you don't do this, you don't love them.

The Kingdom of God is never bankrupt, and citizens of the Kingdom will always reap the benefits whether in this life or the life after.

Saved but not safe

A person's real strength can be found in their will to resist doing the things that have been easy for them to do.

He is the one who gives you power to be successful, in order to fulfill the covenant he confirmed to your ancestors with an oath.

God's gift

It's been said that God doesn't give us more than we can handle. Look at that statement though - God doesn't - but sometimes we do. We tend to overload ourselves with so much work and worry that we forget another thing God gave us - rest. Learn the difference between what God has given you, what you've given yourself and when to rest from it all.

Spirit Filled

If youre going to boast...

Don’t ever boast of how much you love Jesus; boast of how much Jesus loves you. Our love is fickle. It runs hot and cold. But God’s love for us never changes. It is always there. That is why John the apostle referred to himself as “the disciple whom Jesus loved.” That was not arrogant. John was saying that he knew Jesus loved him. And you need to know that Jesus loves you, even if you have fallen away from Him.

Question

I have to ask one question for those following other religions - Whlie you worship your gods and goddesses, do you ever wonder what they have done to gain your praise and adulation? Funny how NO other god has wounds that show his/her sacrifice for you. I serve a God who has nothing but love and compassion for EVERYONE, no matter the lifestyle, no matter the sin.

God will run to you

When the addict steps out of the alley. When the teen walks away from the party. When the ladder-climbing executive pushes back from the desk, the spiritist turns from idols, the materialist from stuff, the atheist from disbelief, and the elitist from self-promotion… When prodigals trudge up the path, God can’t sit still. Heaven’s throne room echoes with the sound of slapping sandals and pounding feet, and angels watch in silence as God embraces his child. You turn toward God, and he runs toward you.
