Dam(n)

God does not damn, we do. We damn everything that we put ahead of our Creator. We set it up for destruction.
In contrast, a dam is a reservoir that restricts the flow of water to a particular place.
The love of God is available for everyone, but there are people who damn everything that God has given them or they dam the flow of God to everything in their lives.
